Oui c'est ca etincelle, c'est un recueil de nouvelles.
J'accroche moyen avec les nouvelles, je reste trop souvent sur ma faim... Faut voir

Night Shade Books publie à la fin du mois The Living Dead, une anthologie sur les morts-vivants contenant des textes de Dan Simmons, Stephen King, Harlan Ellison, Robert Silverberg, George R. R. Martin, Clive Barker, Poppy Z. Brite, Neil Gaiman, Joe Hill ou encore Laurell K. Hamilton.

Depuis White Zombie à World War Z en passant par Resident Evil ou Marvel Zombies, les morts-vivants ont envahi la culture populaire. Consommateurs ultimes, les zombies reviennent à la vie pour consommer de l'être humain. Qu'il soit stupide, doté de conscience, lent, rapide, esclave d'un sorcier vaudou ou non, le zombie n'est rien d'autre que le reflet de l'Homme. « Ils sont nous et nous sommes eux » comme le dit Barbara dans le remake de La Nuit des morts-vivants de Tom Savini.



Histoire de faire honneur à cette figure emblématique de l'horreur, John Joseph Adams (Wastelands: Stories of the Apocalypse, Seeds of Change) a réuni dans "The Living Dead" les meilleurs récits de morts-vivants produits durant ces trente dernières années.
